Let's talk about death

Death ...

Still one of the biggest taboo subject within our society and yet it will happen to us all.  It is, as they say, the only certainty in life.

So why do we, as a culture, choose to bury our heads in the sand and ignore it? Surely that just makes the impact even greater and the process even harder when a loved one does die.

I am passionate about supporting people through grief and believe that if we talked about death more and planned our own funerals more, how that would help us all when we are on our grief journeys.

If you are part of a group, club or school and would like me to come and talk about death and the role of funeral celebrants, then please do get in touch.

Grief is not an event, it is a journey and something that your life after the loss of a loved one grows round.  It never leaves you and that’s ok.

If you are part of a group and would like me to come and talk about death and the role of an independent celebrant, do get in touch!
